Question 1

Do I need any special equipment?

Accepted Answer

No. Apex works with just your phone. If you have an Apple Watch you can connect it for heart rate and recovery — but it's completely optional.

Question 2

How does Apex adapt my training?

Accepted Answer

Apex calculates a daily Apex Score from your recovery, training load and rest, then auto-regulates your weights, volume and rest so each session matches how ready you are.

Question 3

Can Apex track my nutrition?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Track calories and macros, snap a photo of your meal for an AI estimate, scan barcodes, follow a meal plan and get an auto-generated shopping list.

Question 4

Is Apex free to try?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new member starts with a 5-day free trial — no credit card required. Cancel anytime.

Question 5

Does it work for beginners and advanced lifters?

Accepted Answer

Both. Apex builds a plan around your current level and adapts as you progress, whether it's your first month or your tenth year.

Question 6

Which languages does Apex support?

Accepted Answer

Apex is available in 74 languages. The app follows your phone's language, and you can change it anytime in Settings.
