如何取消订阅？
前往 设置 → 方案与账单 → 管理账单。你可以随时取消，并在当前计费周期结束前继续使用。
我可以导出训练数据吗？
可以。在 设置 → 数据与存储 中即可导出完整训练历史。如需特定格式，请发邮件至 support@getapex.live。
我忘记密码了。
在登录页面点按“忘记密码？”，即可通过邮件收到重置链接。如果没有收到，请检查垃圾邮件文件夹或给我们发邮件。
AI 教练是如何工作的？
AI 教练会读取你的准备度、恢复情况和训练历史，生成个性化的每日指导。你记录得越多，它就越精准。
我的健康数据是私密的吗？
是的。你的数据在传输和存储过程中均经过加密。我们不会向第三方出售或分享你的个人健康数据。
In the Apex app: 设置 › 数据与存储 › Delete account, then tap the button again to confirm. Deletion is immediate.
This permanently deletes your account and all associated data — profile, workouts, progress and body photos, AI coach history, biometrics and nutrition. This cannot be undone.
No access to the app? Email support@getapex.live from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it and confirm by email.
Web (card) subscriptions are canceled automatically. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in the store — deleting your account does not cancel it.
