前往「設定 → 方案與帳務 → 管理帳務」。你可以隨時取消，並在本期帳單結束前持續使用。

可以。在「設定 → 資料與儲存空間」中即可匯出完整訓練紀錄。如需特定格式，請寄信至 support@getapex.live。

在登入畫面點一下「忘記密碼？」，即可透過電子郵件收到重設連結。若沒收到，請檢查垃圾郵件匣或寄信給我們。
AI 教練如何運作？
AI 教練會讀取你的準備度、恢復狀況和訓練紀錄，產生個人化的每日建議。你記錄得越多，建議就越準確。
我的健康資料是否保密？
是的。你的資料在傳輸與儲存時皆經過加密。我們不會將你的個人健康資料出售或分享給第三方。
In the Apex app: 設定 › 資料與儲存空間 › Delete account, then tap the button again to confirm. Deletion is immediate.
This permanently deletes your account and all associated data — profile, workouts, progress and body photos, AI coach history, biometrics and nutrition. This cannot be undone.
No access to the app? Email support@getapex.live from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it and confirm by email.
Web (card) subscriptions are canceled automatically. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in the store — deleting your account does not cancel it.
