This Cookie Policy explains how Apex (operated by Rosini Transports et Locations Sàrl (Rosini Solutions), Switzerland) uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage) on getapex.live and in the Apex apps. Contact: hello@rosinisolutions.com.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage works in a similar way inside the browser or app.

On your first visit we ask for your choice. Necessary cookies are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional: nothing optional is loaded until you choose, and "Reject all" is as easy as "Accept all".

You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the website footer or in the app settings. Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, marketing cookies stay off. In the iOS and Android apps, marketing cookies are never used.

apex_token — Apex — keeps you signed in securely (HTTP-only) — 30 days.

apex_oauth_state — Apex — protects Apple/Google sign-in against forgery — up to 10 minutes.

apex_consent_v2 (local storage) — Apex — remembers your cookie choice — 12 months.

App settings in local storage (language, theme, unit, workout drafts and offline sync queue) — Apex — remember your preferences and keep workouts safe without a connection — until you clear them.

__stripe_mid / __stripe_sid — Stripe — fraud prevention on payment pages — 1 year / 30 minutes.

Cloudflare security — Cloudflare — bot protection and secure delivery — session.

_ga, _ga_<ID> — Google Analytics 4 (Google) — counts visits and measures how the website is used — up to 2 years.

ph_<key>_posthog — PostHog (EU servers) — measures how features are used to improve Apex — 1 year.

_gcl_au and Google Ads cookies — Google — measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups (conversions) — up to 90 days. Never used with health data.
